Guidely — Guidance, on demand.

AI-native coaching and onboarding platform. Expert guidance at scale — without hiring an army of coaches. Built for the $20B+ coaching and L&D market.

The market.

Coaching and learning & development is a $20B+ market. Executive coaching runs $500–$1,000/hour. Corporate L&D budgets are enormous — and largely spent on LMS platforms like Docebo, Cornerstone, and Workday Learning, which deliver content but not guidance.

The problem: real coaching is scarce because it requires human time and expertise. LMS platforms solved content delivery but not personalized guidance. The gap between "I watched the training video" and "I know what to do next" is exactly where people get stuck — and where companies lose the return on their L&D investment.

AI changes this completely. A model that can understand where someone is, what they're trying to accomplish, and what they need to hear next — at scale, in real time, without a calendar invite — is categorically different from any product the market has seen. The incumbent platforms cannot deliver this. They weren't built for it.

The product.

Guidely is an AI coaching and onboarding platform. It delivers personalized guidance — for new hires, managers, sales teams, and individual contributors — without a human coach on the other end. The AI understands context, tracks progress, surfaces the right guidance at the right moment, and adapts based on how each person responds.

🎯

Personalized guidance

Not a generic knowledge base. Guidely delivers context-aware guidance based on each person's role, situation, and progress — the way a real coach would.

🚀

Onboarding that sticks

New hires go from day zero to productive faster. Guidely guides them through the role, the company, and the processes — proactively, not reactively.

📈

Scales without headcount

One platform, any number of employees. The guidance quality doesn't degrade at 10x scale. AI coaches don't take PTO or get overloaded.

The thesis.

The coaching and L&D market has a structural problem: the best outcomes (real behavioral change, skill development, performance improvement) require personalized guidance. But personalized guidance requires human coaches — which means it doesn't scale and doesn't reach most employees.

Legacy L&D platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, Workday Learning) solved content distribution, not guidance. They can deliver a video to 10,000 employees. They cannot tell each of those 10,000 employees what to do differently based on what they just watched.

Guidely attacks this gap directly. AI-native from day one means the product was designed to give personalized, contextual guidance at scale — not to manage content libraries. That's a fundamentally different product, competing in the same market, with a structural advantage the incumbents cannot replicate without rebuilding from scratch.
